Regina Karner - Managing Director
Regina Karner was born in Austria and has called Berlin home since her student days. She has several years' experience in city administration, real estate, property management and marketing. Regina`s background in law, which she studied at Berlin`s Free University, is indispensable when it comes to assisting clients with the more difficult aspects of German tenancy and immigration regulations. Regina entered the relocation industry in 1996 as head of the Berlin branch of a nationwide relocation company. In 1998, she co-founded enter berlin Relocation Services with Kerstin Grönlund. Regina is responsible for marketing and public relations, administration and organization, human resources and immigration.
Kerstin Grönlund - Intercultural Coaching
A native of Stockholm, Sweden, Kerstin Grönlund lived and worked for several years in both New Zealand and in the Netherlands before moving to Berlin in 1989. Kerstin`s diverse experience spans working in the theatre, making acquisitions and conducting business transactions for Scandinavian companies. In Berlin, she began working with Scandinavian expatriates and realized that there was a growing need for comprehensive relocation services in Germany's new capital. In 1998, Kerstin teamed up with Regina Karner to found enter berlin Relocation Services. In 2005, enter berlin became irema. Kerstin is responsible for sales, business development and intercultural coaching. She was a board member of EuRA (European Relocation Association) until 2004 and was responsible for the training of EuRA relocation professionals.
