Departure Services

This program is designed to take the stress of moving off of the client. We take care of all aspects of the departure and the move, including all the formalities involved. Often lease agreements call for small cosmetic repairs, which we can organize and manage for the client.

• Support and guidance in terminating the lease agreement
• Negotiations with the landlord
• Coordination and management of the move.
• De-registration with the local authorities
• De-registration of electricity, telephone, TV/Radio etc.
• Return of any telephones
• Termination of memberships, insurances and any other contracts
• Exit inspection and written record of move-out
• Review of invoices and the final invoices from service providers
• Organization of renovation and/or cosmetic repairs
• Review and analysis of quotes, issuing of contracts
• Deadline management, monitoring of the work and final inspection
