Intercultural Training

To meet the needs of transferees and their families, irema conduct cross-cultural training (CCT) courses at regular intervals. These courses not only raise awareness of the foreign (target) culture, but also of participants' own cultural identity, presenting new opportunities to learn from diversity.

Participation in CCT courses facilitates the integration of assignees and their families into German society and has the added benefit of accelerating the employee's ability to become productive in the new working environment. In cooperation with intercultures, we provide traditional CCT as well as a wide spectrum of other intercultural services.

These services include Diversity Training, Team Development, Coaching und Consulting. These services are also available to German employees working in international teams or those preparing for assignments abroad. A network of eminently qualified trainers and resource partners enable us to cater to 60 target cultures.
